How can I help you organize your trip?
You just have to contact me through the contact form and tell me everything about your dream destination, days you are going to travel, type of hotel and activities you want to do during your trip, how many people are traveling and all the details you want to share with me.
What types of trips can I organize?
Any trip, solo travel, couple travel, family travel or group travel. Getaways close to home and great trips to the other side of the world; and any trip in between!
What are the costs of my services?
If you only want to book a hotel you will not have any additional cost, as long as the hotel has a commissionable rate. This means that the hotels are the ones who transfer the commission reserved for travel agents to us. When a hotel does not offer that commission it is preferable to select another property that does and that offers those VIP advantages. If you also need an itinerary planning, activities, reservations, etc., I will apply an additional cost depending on the days of your trip and the people who are participating. Our work is very personalized and requires development time, I’m sure you understand that. Contact me!
Does the service include booking flights and other transfers?
Airlines do not offer commissions to travel agents. But, if you need it, I can advise you on the best options for your flights (included in the additional cost services).
I can also help you with the necessary transfers or car rental. In Fora Travel we work with the best companies.
Can I organize your activities during the trip?
Yes, we work with local service development companies (DMCs) at the destination, which gives us the ability to offer you all kinds of activities to make your trip a unique experience.
Can I book restaurants and event tickets?
Yes, our knowledge of the destinations allows us to offer you valuable information about the most interesting restaurants and events during your stay.
How are payments made?
Normally you will make payments directly to hotels, airlines, restaurants or activities. Only in case we work with a local DMC and depending on your needs you will make the payments through our agency. We will always include in our proposals and invoices the necessary cancellation and payment conditions.
