My journey begins in Valladolid, at the impressive Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine. This hotel, located in a majestic 12th-century abbey, is simply spectacular. Surrounded by 500 hectares of vineyards and the peace of nature, it is the perfect place to relax. I adore the feeling of tranquility that permeates this place!

Akelarre, Donostia
The next stop is Donostia, where we find the Akelarre hotel. This hotel combines innovation and sobriety in a modern design that reminds me of Japanese simplicity. Its windows, which offer stunning views of Mount Igueldo and the Cantabrian Sea, are simply breathtaking.

The end of my journey takes me to Galicia, where the Pepe Vieira hotel offers a unique connection with nature.
